      <image:caption>From 2019 to 2021, helped Oatly evaluate different platforms to support e-commerce strategies, and planned new strategies on a quarterly basis. Reviewed email marketing platforms, subscription platforms, review platforms, post-checkout experience platforms, direct-to-consumer delivery apps, and referral program platforms. A large part of the e-commerce strategy for the US included growing the oatmilk subscription business. Oatmilk subscriptions made up less than 10% of orders at the beginning of 2020, and increased to 35% of orders by the end of 2020. In 2020, new subscribers increased by 810%, MRR increased by 950%, and overall gross revenue increased by 240%.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I managed the ReCharge subscriptions app for Shopify from 2019 to 2021. Responsibilities included managing the customer database, all active subscriptions, subscriptions analytics, discounts, shipping, billing, payment gateway settings, and bulk database changes. LTV for subscriptions was 10x higher than LTV for one-time purchases, so increasing subscriptions was a primary goal. In 2020, increased active subscriptions by 30%. Multiple strategies were implemented to achieve an overall increase in subscriptions, including a subscriptions-focused automated email campaign via Klaviyo, a design change to the Product Detail Page, and the creation of a subscription landing page.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>NOOCH needed completely new product labels for their initial brand launch. Their goal was to create minimal, clean, organic, and approachable package designs that would appeal to their target audience: Whole Foods customers. We worked together on multiple rounds of revision until we landed on a clean design featuring a distinct color for each product flavor: off-white for artisanal salt, red for spicy sriracha, and smokey gray for black truffle. This project involved packaging design from conception to print. I worked with them to ensure their file met the specifications of their printing partners, and helped them fine-tune the files until they were print perfect.</image:caption>

For the special single-origin coffee blends, I created a design that matches the holographic aesthetic featured on the product packaging.       <image:caption>Explorer had an existing relationship with ReCharge subscription app, so our goals were to redesign the subscription experience on the Product Detail Page (PDP) and add the subscription widget to a custom quick shop modal on the homepage. We completely redesigned and customized the look and feel of the subscription details on the PDP in order to increase subscription conversion. I designed a gray detail to the subscription option to increase visibility, matched the overall design of the elements on the page for clearer content hierarchy, and made the price change dynamically depending on your selection while displaying the original price to convey the savings value.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Explorer didn’t have any icons before this project started, and they really wanted flexible designs that could translate easily to potential redesigns in the future, packaging, and web. We worked together to come up with 12-15 top features to highlight with icons, and then the design process began. The design process consisted of icon research for each feature, 2-3 selections for each feature, narrowing down sketches with the client, initial drafts, client approvals, final drafts, and final client approvals. The final result was a versatile, vector-based selection of icons for Explorer to use in a variety of applications.</image:caption>
